Se remitió el expediente a la Oficina Judicial de Bogotá para que lo reparta al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá o al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, de manera que la autoridad respectiva adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
Lo anterior, de acuerdo a la regla general prevista en el Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 y al Art. 1, numeral 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
De donde resulta que en las actuales circunstancias, la competencia para conocer de las acciones de tutela interpuestas contra autoridades públicas del orden nacional, le corresponde a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Administrativos y Concejos Seccionales de la Judicatura.
